Clients usually know WHAT they want to say. HOW to say it is another story. That's where writers come in. And sometimes, the right line saves the day. The IAMS brand's annual partnership with the SPCA presented an opportunity to have some fun with copy - and clients appreciated my suggestions over the years. Temptations holiday banners were another example where a little rhetorical flair got the results we were looking for. Straightforward can be fun.
